GOGO-FY is very proud to offer free shipping on all our merchandise. Estimated ship times are located on each product page. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer’s availability.
Items that are in-stock ship within 2-3 business days and will arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or telephone. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. In order to maintain quality we only provide white glove shipping for our larger or more delicate pieces. Our delivery company will call you to arrange a convenient time for your delivery. If you need to reschedule the delivery with our carrier please contact them as soon as possible so as not to incur any charges for missed delivery appointments. Upon delivery, our shippers will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice (transport for up to 2 flights of stairs is included) and discard the packing materials for you. For smaller items we use UPS or FEDEX.
