It is important to carefully inspect all merchandise for any damages or defects and contact us immediately if this is the case. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages sometimes will occur in transit. If your order is damaged by the carrier, please refuse the shipment and notify us and the carrier. Please make note of any damages to your furniture or to the packaging materials and contact us within 24 hours to follow manufacture’s procedures. You have the right to refuse delivery of damaged merchandise, but GOGO-FY will be unable to assist you in replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.
For all returns, you must let us know within 5 business days of receiving your item. All return requests filed after 5 days will not be approved. The customer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs of getting your purchase back to the warehouse safely and in new condition. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back through a traceable shipping method. Our suppliers require that all returns must be in their original packaging and box or they will not be accepted. All returned items have a 25% restocking fee.
